Terms & Conditions

The Creation Station Academy Ltd. Terms and conditions:
When booking, pre-booking or attending your course you accept the terms and conditions
set out by The Creation Station Academy Ltd.
We, the Creation Station Academy ltd. reserve the right to not tolerate any anti-social behaviour,
aggression, violence that places our tutors & students in danger. We will remove at any time any
disruptive students that don’t obey the rules whilst on the premises. They may or may not be asked
to return to continue learning. The person removed/warned will not be entitle to a refund.
We will not participate in any form of bullying and slander whilst attending the courses.

We, the Creation Station Academy ltd. are not responsible for students’ insurance after they leave
their chosen course. They need to research insurers prior to attending to make sure this is
obtainable. We do not offer any one insurance company or supplier.
We will provide support and guidance to all students.
We, the Creation Station Academy ltd. are a training provider only and our duty of care finishes once
you pass and leave your chosen course.
We, the Creation Station Academy ltd. offer unlimited support to students, except when a dispute or
anti-social behaviour may occur or has occurred, and we reserve the right to end any ongoing
support.
The Creation Station Academy ltd. training manuals are not to be shared, altered or reused within a
training academy & are copyrighted.
Under no circumstances are any recordings from training to be shared or posted across social media
platforms.
Photos can be used with our model consent.
Guaranteed satisfaction
The Creation Station Academy Ltd. are fully committed to 100% customer satisfaction in all
cases. This is extremely important to us, however if you feel your course does not meet your
reasonable expectations, you must let us know on the day of the course and we will resolve
the matter. Feedback forms will be issued, if you wish to report a complaint, please do so
immediately after or on the course.
Refunds
All courses and training kits are non-refundable.
Transferral of course
Any student wanting to transfer to a later course may do so at no extra cost providing they
have given 14 days notice by email. If a candidate then cancels a course or does not attend
the course on the agreed date, the full course remains payable or non-refundable.

If you wish to change the date of your course within the 14 day notice period a charge of 50% of the full original course price will be payable.

Course changes
The Creation Station Academy Ltd. Reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course in
exceptional circumstances and will advise the customer immediately should any changes be
necessary.

Any courses rescheduled or not completed in full will need to be completed within 3
months of the original course date.
Payment terms
All training must be paid in advance or unless agreed at the time of booking. All deposits are non refundable.

If paid in full at the time of booking and cancelled within the 14 day cooling off period students will be entitled to a refund, minus the deposit of 50%.

When booking any treatments (model or clinic), or purchasing a voucher; these are only valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Disclaimer
The Creation Station Academy Ltd. dispense any such claims for misuse of any products. The
Creation Station Academy Ltd cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage in the
future that be with clients or equipment.
Liability
The student accepts that it is their own responsibility to ensure any course they attend is
suitable for them and their own needs.
